Established in 2005, Flow Patrol is a family run business specialising in finding solutions for all your drainage problems. We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation and strong working relationship with our growing network of domestic and commercial clients.
Having gained valuable experience working for large-scale companies, Robin and Dean decided to create a drainage firm committed to treating each customer as an individual, using their high level of attention to detail to ensure each and every job has a high quality outcome. They now have a reputation for solving the problems that other firms cannot, problems that have sometimes been ongoing for many years with no resolution.
Flow Patrol has no hidden fees, no call out charges and provides a free site visit and estimation service. Our prices are honest, competitive and easy to understand. Our installation estimations reflect the high quality, personalised service that is associated with our company. We do not cut corners, or provide sticking-plaster solutions that do not solve the root cause of a problem. We are committed to using the best quality tools, equipment and suppliers for the job and to leaving each site in a condition that meets our high standards.
Flow Patrol is not tied to any particular manufacturer and as a result of this, we have no vested interest in using any particular manufacturer’s equipment or products. This enables us to provide our clients with a drainage system that suits their needs and creates systems that function efficiently and safely. We do not subcontract any elements of our work to other firms. All work is carried out by us, to our own high standards.
Flow Patrol covers most areas of Cornwall and we are passionate about protecting the beautiful environment we live and work in. We ensure all work is carried out correctly, and work closely with the Environment Agency to safeguard our waterways and environment for future generations.
